Many features in TrailRunner are still under construction, although the main application should work perfectly for most people.

The following introduces some features you might not discover "on your own".

Managing maps
Organize your background maps in layers and store them in a central data store.

Advanced preferences

Some settings in TrailRunner are experimental or so uncommon to configure that they have no obvious user interface to control them.

Terminal commands for setting hidden preferences

defaults delete com.berbie.trailrunner "TRRunLogController ImportIgnoreDates" removes all blacklisted activity dates

Hidden Key Shortcuts

Hold the ⌘-key while activities load to ignore blacklisted activity dates and display all activities available from the import source

Hold the ⌥-key while you click on the import toolbar button to directly jump over to the import pane skipping the launch and synchronization of the helper application.
